Due to the nature of my practice, I am unable to provide crisis support between sessions. This list of services may be of use between sessions, or if you have come to this website in need of immediate help. You can also contact your GP surgery during opening times or call 111 during out of hours.

Samaritans

The Samaritans are a free listening service that is available 24/7 every day of the year. You can call or email to talk about anything that is upsetting you.

Saneline

Saneline is an out of hours helpline available daily between 4.30pm & 10.30pm. You can call whether you are experiencing a mental health problem personally or are caring for someone who is. Please check if your phone provider will charge you for an 0300 call.
